Bread, in one form or another, has been one of the principal forms of food for man from earliest times. When ancient man discovered a food which would keep through the winter months, and could be multiplied in the summer, it could be said that civilization began.

  • 0.30 a.m. – 01.00 p.m. : Viola’s bread making course – bread and pizza making
  • 01.00 p.m. – 02.00 p.m. : lunch eating our creations
Viola will show you how to prepare wonderful breads and delicious flat breads with rosemary or other natural products and how to use rests and old bread without throwing anything, as the tradition of the poor countrymen.
