  • 10.30 a.m. – 01.00 p.m. : Viola’s bread making course - bread, pizza and baking in the old wood fired oven
  • 01.00 p.m. – 02.00 p.m. : lunch eating our creations
  • 02.00 p.m. – 03.00 p.m. : time to chat and buy local products

She’ll show you how to prepare wonderful breads and delicious flat breads with her rosemary or with her olives and how to use rests and old bread without throwing anything, as the tradition of the poor countrymen. … the lunch together will be a joy!

Full immersed in the peace of the country, comfortably seated under a tree with good wine, tales and legends, great natural and typical food, bread and pizza for everybody!
