	Viola is a dear friend who lives in a wonderful country property in the hills near the West coast of Tuscany. She grows her own cereals, mills them herself and prepares the best bread, the tastiest pizzas and the most delightful desserts made from the leftover bread, according to local custom. Following a demonstration of her preparation and cooking skills, you will be invited to produce your own bread and pizzas.You will see how she hand kneads the dough, uses the sour dough method and bakes the bread in a wood-fired oven. You too will make your own sour dough, bake your different flavoured breads and create your pizzas and puddings. Seated in the shade of the garden trees, on wooden benches and hay bales, drinking good wine and listening to local stories and legends, you will then be able to enjoy the fruits of your labours in perfect surroundings.
