Join Giulio, a great chef (native of Turin), in a cooking class
during which you will learn how to prepare classic pasta sauces which you can
easy reproduce at home. In this way our local traditions continue to be handed
down.
Using local produce and traditional cooking methods the taste of
Tuscany can be yours. From 10:30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. you will take part in the
preparation of three genuine Tuscan sauces. Giulio will share with you some
useful tips and cooking skills which you can share with your friends and family
at home.
During the class you will enjoy a glass of local wine while
chatting together and creating simple yet superb sauces!
After the lesson Giulio will prepare a tasty tortilla after
which you will feast on what you have prepared and enjoy two different Tuscan
Sangiovese wines and the famous Vinsanto dessert wine.
