Cheese and Spice tasting at La Limonaia

 

Tasting wine or tasting other food consists at least three senses with which we are endowed: sight, smell and taste. All three together are enable us to understand and appreciate what we are tasting.

“La Limonaia food laboratory” in collaboration with our “Herb sheperd” Pierre organize an alternative dinner through a trip inside the spice & aromas plants.

His personality, sensibility and love for herbs will open in front of you a world made by simplicity, by the rhythm of the moon and the seasons. His great seasonal blend- mixtures will transmit you flavours, aromas and colours of Tuscany.

Giulio and Pierre like to present the Spice tasting dinner with some important cheese like:

  • Pecorino with a blend of Time
  • Fresh Mozzarella with a blend of Chilly pepper
  • Fresh Caprini with a blend of Sage and Rosemary
  • Fresh Bufalini with a blend of Fennel

The dinner is served in our food laboratory starting at 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. with a selection of local Sangiovese and Chardonnay wines.
