This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a
typical Florentine building with a lift.
The apartment has a charming balcony (3m x 1m) with
views of the Arno river, Piazzale Michelangelo, S. Miniato church, the Lungarno
Cellini, the hill of Bellosguardo, the Bibliotheca Nazionale, and Piazza Santa
Croce.

Interior Description:
(70m2) 4th floor: This apartment opens into an
entryway leading into an open-plan living/dining room with two sofas and a
table for four. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, gas stove,
toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a small breakfast table
for two. One bedroom contains a 160 cm queen-sized bed, while the second
smaller room has two twins (cannot be combined). The rooms share one bathroom
with a toilet, sink, and bathtub with handheld showerhead. As of 2007, both
bedrooms now have air conditioning and double-glazed windows for extra noise
protection. The apartment also features a small balcony with views of the
river.

Location Description:
This attractive short term apartment in
Florence, typical of a medieval Florentine neighbourhood, is located 10 minutes
by foot from the Piazza Della Signoria and 1 minute from the Piazza Santa
Croce. Shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Due to
the proximity of two pubs, there can be some noise in the street (fortunately,
the windows are double paned) on Saturday nights.
Suggestions and booking conditions:
If you are considering to book this property for your
stay in Florence city, don’t rent a car! You are at only 15 minutes walking
from the Florence train station Santa Maria Novella. For your check in and
check out you can considering to use a local cheap taxi and for the rest of the
vacancy you can enjoy the nice restaurant and shop just in front of the
building. ALL THE PRINCIPAL HISTORICAL RENAISSANCE ATTRACTIONS as Galleria
Degli Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Accademia, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte
vecchio,Bargello are no more than 20 minutes walking from the apt.
