La Limonaia Mountain, is located in Predazzo city centre, into the beauty Val di Fiemme valley near mountain city as Moena, Cavalese and Bellamonte. We are in the province of Trento.

Exterior description: This apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Predazzo old building. The apartment has a view of the local beauty mountains as the Pale of san Martino and of the local botanic garden.

Interior description: (80m2) 2nd floor This apartment called la Limonaia mountain open into a big living room with a modern full equipment kitchen. At this level there is a double room with a private bathroom. At the second superior level there is a second double room plus a second more little bathroom. The apartment was finished in the recently spring 2009 after a complete restructuration The apt. have an outside private parking and a downstairs private laundry where is possible to stock bike and sky in the winter.

Location description: This attractive short term apartment is located in Predazzo mountain town, typical of a classic older local building. Shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance
