WINE TASTING AT LA LIMONAIA

You need to use at least three of the senses in order to taste and appreciate wine or food sight smell and taste. Wine in particular can be enjoyed whenever and wherever, preferably in good company.

You will experience the ancient ritual of smelling and recognising the aromas of the fruits, flowers and spices particular to each individual wine then tasting and appreciating it.

By the end of the day you will have learnt: where the Sangiovese grows, the art of combining wines with food, how to choose the most appropriate bottle for every occasion, what the DOC, DOCG and IGT labels tell us about the wines and their different flavours.
